I had a suspicion this day was coming…….
A few years ago, I began using “Texas Indian Bikers” and ” Texas Indian Riders” , together. I’d created a FB Page to disseminate information out ( Texas Indian Bikers) . Then , when I noticed some unacceptable behavior on some FB entities ( kicking people off, blocking them, and publicly bad mouthing them ) , I decided to go one step further and create the Texas Indian Bikers FB “group” where information can be shared amongst us freely, without fear of retribution for disagreeing with the Admin ( me!).
As the Indian Motorcycle community has been growing exponentially, I’ve seen the value of creating a more permanent site. So, I created this website , for a true one stop shop, versus a ‘Facebook community’. I’ve also put in for trademarks for “Texas Indian Bikers” and “Texas Indian Riders” Last, I’ve created TEXAS INDIAN RIDERS, LLC ( AKA Texas Indian Bikers )
Well, we now have a problem. Another person posted patches violating my trademarks, but worse, stating he owns Texas Indian Riders LLC. That , is pure fraud. I’ve requested of him, via personal communication , to cease and desist. If not, then unfortunately , I’ll have to utilize our legal system
Thanks for your support

BTW… I’m not a fan of the patch with the zambini style art work
I can take one guess who this person is and get it right.
I believe the problem may have gone away.
He’s “President” now of a defunct Riders group that he registered the name of as an LLC.. .sort of funny
